新台湾の原味

As I mentioned earlier, culture and settings in Malaysia are pretty different compare to Taiwan. Specialist and students can be best of friend and there isn't any generation and status gap between each others. True enough, one of the cardiologist in KMU whom are also a Malaysian decided to give us a treat together with all other Malaysians' students.

We were told by our new friends that they usually brought visitors here for dining~ Quite famous and taste quite good~ Lets see~ (anticipating~~~)

They use alot of retrospective interior design..... Once you enter their shop, you can straight away feel Kaohsiung city in the 60's~

Lard rice~ Nice nice~ not oily and hence not stuffy~ But fragrant~ slurp~

Bitter gourd with salty egg~ nice!!! Not salty and the salty egg taste did not predominate the bitter gourd......one can still enjoy the originality of bitter gourd, on top of the fragrance and taste of the salty egg~

Chicken with plum sauce.... very nice~ The chicken was fried before cooked with the sauce, very appetizing~

红烧狮子头 ( Braised Meat Ball )! Awesome! I tried once in China, very huge and stuffy...this is slightly smaller with duck egg yolk~ perfect!

Unlike the one I tasted ages ago, this is not too stuffy with meat and hence more acceptable to your digestive system~ The egg yolk is just a perfect match~

大港早餐店的蛋餅一定要吃(要加裝在茶壺裡的醬料)
小寶早餐店的薯餅or cheese蛋餅&蘿蔔糕炒蛋
