Buffet Lunch In Taipei

A friend of mine said, whoever went travel with me without having at least one buffet is abnormal. Totally over rated but quite astute and precise in describing my buffet craving nature. Its not the eat all you can that attract me usually, but the eat all variety you can~ Thats why, most often then not, a good buffet must comprise of a vast variety of choices. I enjoy the feeling of taking small amount from a huge choices of food! =P

These 2 days been busy unpacking my luggage from Taiwan and repacking them for my upcoming China trip. Pfft... the huge amount of pictures waiting to be uploaded must stay dormant until I get back I guess. But at least, I must post this before going travel again as it signify my food searching tour.

It was during the middle of my Taipei trip, when we met up with one of our coursemate who did her electives in Taipei Veteran Hospital. We decided to meet at Taipei Train station (bad decision and totally ill advised~) Those who had been to Taipei Train Station will agree that, it is practically an underground maze with all those passageway here and there, and this particular restaurant was located in Taipei K-underground Mall(an incidental finding during our random wandering in the mall).

Photobucket
Eat all you can - pizza, spaghetti, fried chicken, roasted chicken, fritters, salad........etc etc~

Photobucket
Only 299 NTD, quite cheap for the variety they offered~

Photobucket
Most importantly, we are hungry! ^^

Photobucket
10% eh~ in such a small font and not obvious bottom~

Photobucket
A variety of pizza, where you can actually order 2 pieces per type~

Photobucket
So we decided to have 1 each~

Photobucket
Quite a conducive environment

Photobucket
Waiting to be served~

Photobucket
The ever bright smile~

Photobucket
I love the milk tea(奶茶)~

Photobucket
Coffee, tea, chocolate, espresso

Photobucket
Nothing is better than a cup of hot chocolate when you are in extreme hunger~

Photobucket
Very nice cream soup~

Photobucket
Corn soup not so good though~

Photobucket
Curry chicken which are not spicy at all~ Very well tolerated by my tummy....and fragrant also~

Photobucket
Mix your own salad~

Photobucket
I prefer the cabbage, onion with tuna~

Photobucket
So crispy!

Photobucket
Definitely hungry now~ Slurp!!

Photobucket

Photobucket
Fruits and assorted of appetizers~

Photobucket
Not nice

Photobucket
Very good~ Thick and concentrated mushroom taste~

Photobucket
Normal~

Photobucket
Here comes our pizza~

Photobucket
Honestly, the crust was not so good, but the material used was really adequate and good

Photobucket
One interesting pizza is cappuccino taste~

Photobucket
Again, not so nice as the crust was rather hard....just quite special to have this kinda flavour~

Photobucket
Make your own ice-kacang!

Photobucket
Customized according to individual's preferences~

Photobucket
Jiayee seems very skillful eh~

Photobucket
Slightly too sweet... =.=

Photobucket
Just when everyone was getting abit full, here comes the roasted chicken(can't they serve it earlier?~duh~)

Photobucket
Oh my! variety of dessert! The pudding was fantabulous!

Photobucket
If only I have an extra stomach~

Photobucket
3 different kind of puddings~all tasted awesome~

Photobucket
The macaroni and pineapple tarts are good also~

Photobucket
6 different flavour of ice cream~

Photobucket
Personally, I think the peanut and greetea flavour was the best~

Photobucket
The ice-cream was very smooth. Most importantly, their green tea flavour does not have that bitterness such as in Baskin Robbin~

Photobucket
Burp~ After a very full lunch...can skip dinner~ Almost forgotten to take a reunion picture~ So before we part, a random group pic in the MRT~

In a nutshell, highly recommended for those who love great food and variety~ After 2 days of rest, tomorrow will leave for China~ So, will be missing in action for 2 weeks, stay tune for all my entry both from Taiwan and China in 2 weeks time.....till then, au revoir~
