It was a crazy night with a late class till 10.30PM~ Nevertheless, was an awesome one thanks to our very dedicated Professor.....Anyway, didn't have my dinner yet, I suppose a very heavy supper was on the way~~~ =P

The pork was juicy...the sauce was full with beer's fragrance~Without the bitterness.....nice~~~~

Texture was also soft and tender~

Totally heavenly!!! The skin was bone cracking crispy! The meat was soft, juicy....mmmmhmmmmm

Made of minced meat~~~ Best part is, the juice is actually leaking down your throat! Slurp~ Bun was crispy....

Creme Brulee....French dessert also known as the burnt cream~ 

Lips smacking good~
