Matsu!~~

I have tried a few Japanese buffet and restaurant, yet none consider authentic Japanese cuisine. Surprising enough, there is actually one such outlet in Seremban!

Photobucket
Located besides Jusco Seremban 2, same row with Allianz, Buss and Astro~

Photobucket
Open style kitchen~

Photobucket
Interior design was quite comfy~

Photobucket
Can't wait for their food!!!

Photobucket
Puffer fish as appetizer(Fugu Mirin Boshi)~~All the concern about their toxicity?~Ah....Screw it~
Quite expensive by the way~RM30

Photobucket
Sashimi set! Even the appearance was alluring!!!

Photobucket
Sea Urchin......

Photobucket
Salmon cold cut

Photobucket
Salmon Sperm...and seriously...is true fish sperm...allegedly good for cosmetic purpose(skip~)

Photobucket
Their sashimi is like so fresh...

Photobucket
And our tallest guy always eat it raw~

Photobucket
Even the Wasabi is fresh and sweet...

Photobucket
Judging by the rate it was gone, must be super good~

Photobucket
Ebi fried and curry rice...RM22.80

Photobucket
Made me miss those Ebi fries in Kikyo~~~~One thing good about Japanese curry, they are not spicy......

Photobucket
My Unagi kabayaki(RM22.80)

Photobucket
Looks so juicy and smooth

Photobucket
Melts instantly! NICE!!!!!

Photobucket
Set with unagi and sashimi...looks much worth le~(RM36.80)

Photobucket
But the Unagi less fat and looks less smooth and juicy~ =P

Photobucket
Potatoes salad...normal~

Photobucket
Salmon Sashimi

Photobucket
Miso soup

Photobucket
Steam egg....dense with materials...but still retain the originality and freshness of egg!~Super on!

Photobucket
Salmon...not the best yet~(RM19.80)

Photobucket
Apparently there are some knowledge involved in eating Salmon.....together with lemon, soya sauce and that special Japanese salt~

Photobucket
The owner kept explaining to us the different type of Japanese food and correct way of eating. Then introduced to us a variety of Japan Seasonal fish( which are very expensive also )

Photobucket
Mejina fish (RM130).......In the end we decided to have 1/4 as Sashimi, another 3/4 as stone grilled.....

Photobucket
The 1/4 Sashimi Mejina....

Photobucket
This is the first time I ever saw a stone grilled style~ Very special.... and judging by the way the meat cracked, you can see how fresh it is!!!!

Photobucket
The meat was undoubtedly fresh, but quite ordinary for that kind of price~ The plus side would be the sauce that was dense with mushroom and some other natural materials!

Photobucket
Stones at the bottom

Photobucket
Even the desserts look so attractive! They are really committed in cookery.

Photobucket
It takes alot of skills to produce great food, but most importantly is the patience and passion...these are not just great food, but splendid arts!

Photobucket
Cheese~

Photobucket
Hmm......not cheap eh?~
