Hatyai 4 - Dim Sum and Municipal Park

As recommended, we went to the allegedly great dim sum restaurant within walking distance. Ah, abit over rated...... Still, the price is very very cheap with 14 bahts per steamer.

After the refreshing breakfast, we went around the city centre for some early shopping, then off to our next destination, the Municipal Park!

There are 3 Buddhism Statue deep in the Park, quite some distance up the winding road. The Buddha Statue, Guan Yin Statue and Brahma Statue, all located at different part up the hill.

Is huge!

The temple is under the golden statue

Very very magnificent!

The Guan Yin statue can be seen from afar

Just a distance away by car

Photobucket
Hmm...all these tourist spot was built because of high demand of Chinese tourist I guess....

In the end, we didn't manage to visit the Brahma Statue.... due to time constriction, since we have to cross the other side using Cable car.....
