Of Roasted Pork and Duck~(兴旺烧腊饭店）

Nowadays I find it real hard to get a decent roasted meat (烧腊). Especially when everyone started selling roasted meat rice left right and middle. To me, the best roasted meat must have thin crispy skin with smooth meat texture. Most however, had rather rough and hard texture with super thick and not crispy.......

Was introduced by a friend about this shop who allegedly sell very nice roasted duck. However, I find the roasted pork (烧肉） more alluring..

Best part is....the fat portion is not too thick~




Their sauce was quite nice also




Quite hard to find if you don't know the place as it is located in an alleyway~

Probably not the best roasted duck and pork I have tried, but up to the bar....For those who love crispy roast meat, definitely recommended~
